I began my role as Service Scheduler here at OBW Technologies back in August 2023, and to say I’ve gained a wealth of experience and knowledge of the gas detection world would be an understatement.

My duties include scheduling of service maintenance for our customers, preparation and organisation of the necessary documentation to support works, stock management and maintaining, creating and updating our engineers’ works schedules.

It is important in this role to be attentive to detail and to assure our customers that they are receiving quality service from start to finish for works arranged.

There is a great sense of community and camaraderie at OBW, particularly when it comes to tackling any service-related issues.

There is always a helping hand should it be needed, and you can certainly feel that when working with such great people. There is never a question that can’t be answered, with the many years of experience around the office. Together we’ve resolved any and all kind of issue our customers may have, and I’m very happy to be working alongside them.

The company has grown so much during my time at OBW and I am excited to continue my journey here as JJ and Sharon are fantastic to work for.

I look forward to the future as the company grows even further.
